General
Beam Filtering apparatus is based on an optical telescope configuration. The telescope is focused onto a pinhole that filters the higher order spatial modes of the beam. The 90841/2/3 telescope is based on two off-axis parabolic mirrors (1’’/25mm or 2’’/50mm) with various magnifications. This design allows the use of large focal-length lenses with small telescope footprint.
