The lens features a 12.7 mm diameter and a thickness of 3.9 mm at the edge. The inner and outer radii are 0, indicating a circular shape. The first and second radii of curvature are r1=23.2 and r2=-27.9, while the third radius of curvature is r3=66.7. The center thicknesses are 3 mm for the first center and 1.5 mm for the second center.

The lens is made from two types of Schott glass: N-BAF10 and N-SF6HT. Both the front and back surfaces of the lens are coated with THo AC1050-1700-C, a coating specifically designed for use in the 1050-1700nm spectral range.
