Ø1" Kinematic Mirror Mount with 2 Differential Adjusters and 1 1/4"-80 Adjuster

The Ø1" Kinematic Mirror Mount, model KS1D, is a high-quality optics mount manufactured by Thorlabs, a renowned brand in the field of optical components. This mount is designed to securely hold mirrors or other optical components with a diameter of up to 1" (25.4 mm).

The KS1D mount features a kinematic design, which allows for precise and repeatable adjustments in three dimensions. It is equipped with two differential adjusters, providing fine tilt adjustments in both the X and Y axes. The adjustment range for each axis is 4 degrees, allowing for a high degree of control over the component's orientation.

The mount is made from aluminum and has a black anodized finish, providing durability and resistance to wear. The optical shape is circular, and the mount can accommodate components with a thickness of at least 4.064 mm. The clear aperture diameter is 23.88 mm, and the overall height of the mount is 25.4 mm.

The KS1D mount is compatible with SM2 lens tubes and features a type of movement known as Tip-Tilt (3-Hex). It does not include lock nuts, but it does have an adjuster thread of 1/4" (M3 x 0.40 and M3 x 0.375) and an adjuster screw thread of 80. The adjustment per revolution is 0.66 degrees.
